Strolling
along the beach, laying under the sun or taking
a dip in the sea is quite passive to some
who put a penchant to a more aggressive activity.
Well, there is fun thing like the banana ride
or the more thrilling jetski riding or parasailing
on offer at the beach. No? Maybe a boat ride
for you, for a sport fishing, snorkeling or
sunset tour.
De'Puteri Restaurant restaurant & Grill
The only floating restaurant on the main island
of Pangkor. Serving Malay, Chinese and Western
cuisines. Enjoy the ambience and unique setting
of the restaurant while indulging in a savourly
adventure.
An interesting place to visit in Pangkor
Island, among others is the site of the Dutch
Fort, which is in the midst of a Malay fishing
village of Teluk Gedung in the south. But
perhaps the more picturesque Fu Lin Kung (The
Garden of General Lin) could top one's itinery.
There you may find a miniature Great Wall
of China built by the local in dedication
to their descendants. The garden is well lanscaped
and there are fishponds and a mini zoo too!
One may also tour the fishing villages, buy
items at the satay fish factory, go shopping
in town. You may rent a bike to move around
or call up the Pink Van for a guided tour.
