Cameron
Highlands which occupies the north western
part of the state of Pahang is Malaysia's
largest and most popular hill resort. It
is about 3 1/2 hour drive from Kuala Lumpur.
The
Lakehouse is situated at approximately
1000m above sea level in the Cameron Highlands,
about 200km north of Malaysia's capital
- Kuala Lumpur. Set in an area dubbed the
"The Valley of Eternal Spring",
this Tudor-style country house, backed by
state reserve forests, sits atop a hill
overlooking the Sultan Abu Bakar Lake. A
short distance from the towns of Tanah Rata
and Ringlet, it is within close proximity
to many key attractions.
