Package Includes :-

• Airport(0600-1800hrs) or hotel meeting services in Tawau, return land transfer to semporna jetty(1hrs15mins) and return speedboat(45mins) transfer to resort. (*Special transfer arrangements : Land daytime RM150 & nighttime RM200(Airport - Tawau Town), Land daytime RM180 & nighttime RM250(Airport-Semporna) and Sea Transfer RM800 )
  
• Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner.
  
• 3 boat dives daily (Except on arrival and NO DIVES on departure day)
  
• Unlimited Mabul House Reef Dives between 6am to 6 pm. (Guided sunset & night dive is chargeable at RM50 per person per dive. Light rental with batteries at RM35 per dive)
  
• Tanks, weights and weight belt provided
  (Diving equipment rental at RM80 per day inclusive of BCD, regulator, mask, snorkel, fins and booties)
  
• Non Diving Package includes ONE (1) boat snorkeling with equipment. Unlimited House Reef snorkeling from 8am to 6pm. (Extra boat snorkeling trip is chargeable at RM50 per person per trip)

• Limited Standard cottage units with air-con available upon request at RM30 per night per person.
• Park fee to Sipadan Island is RM40 per person per day (limited quota and subject to approval by the authority)
• Nitrox is available at RM35 per tank
• PADI Discovery Scuba Dive at RM200 per person
• Kayak 1 hour at RM30

• Minimum 2 adults per booking.
• Full payment on all bookings must be received 3 weeks before guests' arrival.
• Sipadan diving or snorkeling is subject to BKN approval.
• Please bring the identity document of children and infant to facilities smooth process through immigration.
• Snorkeling/Swimming, equipment not included
• Rate EXCLUDE Conservation Fees of RM20/person/night, pay at time of reservation
