The above {Genting Highlands} hotel rates are nett in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) and base on prepaymentbasis.
You are now booking thru a travel agent and not direct with the hotel therefore all bookings are based on prepayment basis.
All booking must be made minimum 3 working days before arrival date and payment must be guaranteed by credit card payment.
All booking made less than 3 working days by payment method of( Banking-In) will not be accepted by us.
All booking made less 4 working days or more depending on the season and prior to check in date shall be considered a guaranteed booking.
Low and Shoulder Period : Cancellation made less than 5 days A Cancellation fee of 50% against the amount paid will be imposed.
Low and Shoulder Period : Cancellation made more than 5 working days A Cancellation fee of 35% against the amount paid will be imposed.
Low and Shoulder Period : Cancellation made less than 3 working days .Strictly no refund.
Peak and Super Peak Period : More than 7 working days A Cancellation fee of 50% against the amount paid will be imposed.
Peak and Super Peak Period : Cancellation made less than 7 working days : Strictly no refund.
Prepayment can be made by credit card (VISA and Mastercard) or by telegraphic transfer or e-banking.
Payment made by credit card (VISA or Mastercard) and is subject to 5% processing fee.
Upon confirmation of booking, a check-in voucher and a payment receipt showing booking details will be sent by email or faxed to guest for easy reference.
Once booking is confirmed and after the issuance of the hotel check-in voucher there will be a processing fee of 5% imposed.
Rates and designated season as reflected are subject to change without prior notice.
Prepaid reservation is on guaranteed basis and NO REFUND for any NO SHOW.
No amendment or cancellation shall be entertained for any payment made on{packages reservation}.
We reserved the right to charge your credit card upon confirmation without prior notice if booking is made less than 5 working days before check in date and therefore no cancellation and no amendment is allowed.
After payment is made {either by credit or banking in}, a check-in voucher and a payment receipt showing booking details will be emailed (via email attachment) or faxed to guest for easy reference.
A detail cancellation policy will be sent to you via email when our reservation staff confirmed your booking.
All customers are deemed to have read and understood the booking terms & conditions and room rates and agreed to to it before making a booking.
